Author Guidelines

Information for Authors of IFSR's Proceedings

Below you will find IFSR's guidelines and technical instructions for the preparation of proceedings papers. These may be stand-alone proceedings or part of a series.

Preparing your proceedings paper

All papers must be written in English and formatted following the IFSR Conference Proceedings template. For your convenience, we have summarized in the "word template" document how a proceedings paper should be structured, how elements (headings, figures, references) should be formatted using our predefined styles, etc. We also give some insight on how your paper will be typeset at IFSR's proceeding. The DOCX of the Authors Guidelines or word template can be downloaded here. The comitte has developed the Word templates to help you prepare your paper which has the preferred format for texts containing several format.

Full papers must be submitted electronically through OCS (link: Log In (brin.go.id) Please be aware that failing to confirm the standard format will result in rejection. All papers must be between 10-15 pages. One-page or abstract-only contributions are not acceptable and will be excluded from the proceedings. Only papers that have been corrected according to reviewer(s) suggestion will be considered to be included in the final proceedings for the submission to the IFSR Conference Proceeding. No one-page papers.

Licence to Publish Agreement

Each contribution must be accompanied by a Licence to Publish agreement. Modified agreements are not acceptable. The corresponding author, who is also marked as such in the header of the paper, must sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper, having gained their permission to do so. He or she signs and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.The corresponding author must be available to check the paper before it is published. Please note that once a paper has been delivered, changes relating to the authorship of the paper cannot be made. Authors’ names cannot be added or deleted, their order cannot be changed, and the corresponding author cannot be altered.
